Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Online Printing Shop

Effective Date: 10 June 2023

Thank you for choosing Online Printing Shop. As we provide customised and personalised printing services, the following refund policy applies to all orders.

1. Custom Printed Products

Due to the customised nature of printed products, refunds, returns, or exchanges are generally not accepted once production has started or the order has been completed.

2. Eligible Refunds or Reprints

Refunds or reprints may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is significantly different from the approved order specifications.

  • The item is damaged during production or delivery.

  • Incorrect products were supplied due to our error.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Customer spelling, grammar, or design errors approved before printing.

  • Low-quality images or files supplied by the customer.

  • Colour variations between screen displays and printed products.

  • Delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Change of mind after production has started.

4. Reporting Issues

Customers must report any issues within 48 hours of receiving the order by providing:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product where applicable

Claims submitted after this period may not qualify for refunds or replacements.

5. Cancellation of Orders

  • Orders cancelled before production begins may qualify for a partial or full refund.

  • Orders cancelled after design work or production has started may be charged for work already completed.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
