Shipping Policy for Online Printing Shop

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after payment confirmation has been received.

  • Production times may vary depending on the size, complexity, and quantity of the order.

  • Customers will be notified if there are unexpected delays.

2. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer local and nationwide delivery services.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the courier company and delivery location.

  • Delivery charges will be communicated during checkout or quotation

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard orders: 2–7 business days after production

  • Large or custom orders: Delivery times may vary

Please note that weekends and public holidays may affect delivery times.

4. Courier Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the courier company, delivery is managed by the courier service provider. While we work with trusted couriers, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Strikes or service disruptions

  • Incorrect delivery addresses provided by customers

5. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery requests.

6. Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be shared with customers once orders are dispatched.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

Customers must report damaged or missing packages within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of damaged packaging or products

  • Detailed description of the issue

8. Collection Option

Customers may choose to collect orders directly from our premises where applicable. Collection arrangements must be confirmed in advance.
